We are excited to announce the 2023 Ourtheme Writing Competition, with the theme “Economics and Human Future”. This competition invites writers to explore the intricate relationship between economics and the changes that will shape our future in the next few decades.

As we face rapid shifts in technology, environment, and societal structures, it is imperative to consider how these changes will impact our economic systems. Will automation and artificial intelligence lead to greater productivity and prosperity, or will they exacerbate inequality and unemployment? The 2023 Ourtheme Writing Competition welcomes writers from around the world to approach these questions with an open mind and creative spirit, using any format they choose. Whether through fiction, non-fiction, poetry, or any other genre, we encourage writers to engage with this critical topic and share their unique perspectives on the challenges and opportunities ahead.
