Marine protection has been gradually attached importance by the government in recent years, which leads to the fact that the protection of the ocean has become a hot topic in public. 

 Before I go into more detail, we need to know what is Marine pollution. Marine pollution refers to the pollution caused by sewage and wastewater entering the estuary and offshore. Broadly speaking, it means that human beings have changed the original state of the ocean and destroyed the Marine ecosystem, including oil pollution, organic pollution, heavy metal pollution, radioactive pollution, and so on. 

Marine pollution can accumulate toxins in Marine aquatic products. For ourselves, if we eat these foods, it can cause disease. In terms of the ecological environment, the death or variation of Marine organisms will change the ecological balance of the whole ocean and lead to the relocation of fishing grounds, the death of fish, the flooding of red tides, the abandonment of beach farms, and the loss of some precious Marine resources. 

The Marine environment has been continuously destroyed. Not only has the ecology become unbalanced, but also human activities have caused a lot of pollution to the ocean. So as a willing ocean conservator how to protect the ocean should start from the following points: 

• Understanding seafood, we need to be able to recognize which animals are endangered and when we walk around the seafood market, we should refuse to eat endangered animals. 
• Protect the beach environment, when people go to the seaside to travel, the garbage generated needs to be taken away when we leave, otherwise, the garbage will be swept into the ocean after the high tide, which will cause pollution to the Marine environment. 
• Learn more about the sea, collect more information on the Internet, and read relevant Marine protection knowledge on relevant platforms, to have a better understanding of future Marine protection actions. 
• Support Marine conservation organizations. Many Marine conservation organizations regularly set up Marine conservation activities, such as planting corals and picking up litter left by the beach, which can improve the Marine environment. 
• Choose eco-friendly products, when you walk around in the seafood market, there are a lot of fine workmanship and beautiful looking seafood, some of them are from the treasure of Marine animals, they are from illegal fishing and killing, those illegal industries can lead to the extinction of Marine animals, if we don’t buy and sell then we don’t kill.
